Joke club West Ham seem to be replacing us as the club being linked to the most players in a window:

If Yilmaz > #WHUFC fails, here is the striker order of preference: Castaignos, N’Doye, Lukaku (loan), Joselu, Jones -- BackPageWHU (@BackPageWHU)

Elia & Krasic are targets to be signed together, not if one fails we go after the other. But it seems as if both are unlikely now. #WHUFC -- BackPageWHU (@BackPageWHU)

We have lined up bids for Thomas Ince & Nathan Redmond if these deals aren’t successful, Zaha deal too complicated, appears on hold for now. -- BackPageWHU (@BackPageWHU)

Carlton Cole revealed on his Twitter account earlier that Guti will be joining with the squad next week (He then deleted this tweet) #whufc -- West Ham News (@WHUFC_News)

Hearing that West Ham want 2 New forwards by next friday. I believe these are Jermain Defoe and Kevin Doyle #whu #thfc #wwfc -- Transfer ITK (@ITK_TRANSFER)

if you watch till the end of the stream the guy comes on and does the transfer round up, name is James Weir.

Sadly there's no knowing how reliable the clip is as we don't know who was talking or who this Keith is.

If it was any of you caught talking we wouldn't necessarily believe the sound bite so I certainly won't believe it until it comes to pass.

Not sure this is true. Butland would be loaned back anyway, and the 9m is a total cost rather than the cost now.

Butland for 9m? Wasn't it just 7m before? And we'd still need a keeper (and a striker ...or two...or three) for this season...:| Yeesh I hope those investment/takeover talks are true.

Gaston Ramirez is a great buy for Liverpool, pretty pricey though. Will add to their Uruguay contingent.

I don't see a problem sticking with Friedel this season. Still have Cudicini and Button as backup if Gomes leaves.

One more CF and that would be an outstanding window

Yeah, but Vertonghen has so far varied from €8m to €14m in the media. They're just guessing.

Strikers, in an article someone just posted (loan and academy thread? not sure) it states Harry Kane is staying, so he may become our number 3..
