Streaming from iPhone to TV

So I have my iPhone and I'm currently streaming my videos and pictures via the Panasonic Viera app.
How can I stream from a movie site directly to my TV via the phone? Can it be done via an Amazon firestick as I already have one? Or does it need to be Chromecast or Apple TV?

I do it with chromecast.......but i am android....must work on iphone as well?

It does. The Chromecast app is available on iTunes. The Chromecast is a great bit of kit for the price.
