Looks stupid but its pretty ambitious, It's supposed to be multi-purpose with NFL pitch like ours.

It's more about fan base , I'm not sure Birmingham have a massive fan base like Spurs which stretches back years , go back to 1920/21 we were getting average 54,000 which was better than the double season.
Villa are by far the biggest club in the midlands but if Brum make it to the PL they might fill a 62,000 seat stadium. Winning trophies helps increase the fanbase , Brum's best so far is two League Cups.
