What a game to respond to all the 'SpurzyIntheTransfermarket' media spins this week eh?
No Son or Deki so one could ask how the bleep are we gonna score at the Dekihad?

Oh well, step forward Misters Sarr, Johnson and Richarlison.
2-3 to THFC with Richarlison with a last-minute winner.

I guess we could bring him on to sure things up when we go....nah, i'll stop.

Would certainly be interesting to see us start both Odobert and Kudus; the main two players who can beat a man 1-v-1 in the squad..

The lack of a passer in the team might be a big problem to release them though

I don't think Spence is up to playing on his wrong side against top opposition (I do rate him very highly as a RB though).

I think the Odobert-Kudus is the way to solve the no #10 issue for now. I also don't really want to see Johnson on his wrong side.

Maybe switching Sarr for Bergvall helps the passer issue? But Sarr is the in form man at the moment

Spence has put in some really impressive defensive performances on the left.

Sarr imo has to start and think it will be him Palhinha and Bentancur. Leaving the question of Richarlison and Kudus with a back 3 or a back 4 and another forward in.

Think Richarlison and Kudus worked well as a partnership against PSG.

Surely Spence did VERY well against PSG until the last 10-15 minutes when they stated doubling up on him AND we had no outlet to keep the ball further up the pitch, no?

Sarr will be crucial tomorrow, agreed. My worry is that i can't remeber the last time we got any joy at the Etihad without someone who can pass early, keep possession etc
