Well I guess this is the OMT then.
Thinking aloud again...
I think everyone would pick Vicario in goal with a back 4 of Udogie VdV Danso Porro
You could argue to play Spence instead of Porro if we are worried about a pacy left winger but with Romero out, we may need Porro's passing.
Anyway, let's forget the defence.
I assume Palhinha was rested vs PSG so that he can start against his old team mates Fulham.
So that is another position locked in, despite the many fans calling for the same line up as PSG.
But what about the other 5 outfield players?
The hope is that we won't get the super defensive Palhinha/Bentancur double act, that would be v frustrating.
So Palhinha+5 attackers could either be 3 up top with Xavi shunted left like this
Starters:
Xavi........RKMuani......Kudus
............Gray Bergvall
................Palhinha
Finishers (pick 5 from 6):
Tel...........Richie.......Johnson
,,,,,,,,,,Odobert Sarr
..............Bentancur
Or a more risky midfield with Xavi in it like this:
Starters:
Richie RKMuani Kudus
...........Xavi Bergvall
................Palhinha
Finishers (pick 5 from 6):
Odobert Tel Johnson
.............Gray Sarr
.............Bentancur
Or 2 up top in a 442 with a lot of legs and bite in midfield like this, but would he really bench Xavi and Odobert at home?
..........RKMuani Kudus
Gray Palhinha Bergvall Sarr
