My thoughts - Mods, check the IP address and let fernadez know where this was posted from. If he didnt do this, then he left his log-in active and someone is either being mischievious or plain being silly. One other option is to log him out completely so he can log in if he remembers his password.

The IP is a VPN and a one off for @fernadez , but it was recently also used by a bot. Changing password would probably be smart.
