The NATO exercise Cold Response is going strong right outside my office window, and a little further up the road a civilian had an encounter with one of the many tanks out on the roads. In normal circumstances I would call it a head on collision, but the tank was 45 metric tonnes and simply just crushed half the car into nothing. He was alone in the car, but I imagine a passenger in the front right seat would have probably survived the accident.

I suppose it was a quick death, but bloody hell... The 46 year old victim leaves a young daughter behind.

It almost happened about 10 years ago as well. The driver and his wife somehow survived.

In that sort of situation why would anyone care if there's two men , one man and his wife or a whole platoon in the tank?!
