Redeeming Ultra Violet films

Anybody else had trouble with the flixter website in trying to redeem films/tv shows? The site always freezes when it asks you to link flixter with ultra violet. I've emailed them about 10 times but they are useless. I hope it doesn't replace the iTunes digital copies.

if it makes you feel any better this is also incredibly difficult in the states. i got it to work eventually after talking to customer service several times.
