Or they see them as all and the same, considering they also invaded them in 1982. You don't go that that effort for "caring less"

Just hire them and pay them properly.

I'm happy, actually I'm keen, to pay more tax for stuff like this, yes it might be my kids that need the emergency services one day, but if it (hopefully) is not, I'm still happy to pay for someone else to get helped, same as the NHS, the fire department, the police.

This is civilisation.
