Politics, politics, politics (so long and thanks for all the fish)

You voted for leave at the time i believe; i'm pretty sure you didn't do it because of racism but other reasons/factors

As others have said, that campaign by Farage was just a part of the push to leave, which was a sentiment that had built up for quite a while, and not just about racism. And it shouldn't actually be harder to deal with migration levels now we have left the EU, but that's a topic for another day

I did and I can admit I was wrong as rare as admitting being wrong is on this platform

No one is saying it was all racism, but there was a large portion of that being peddled about, I think its disingenuous to totally dismiss is as being a part of the process

At least you're consistent i guess; personally i think it is as much a broad brush and smear as what was said about "Brexit being a racist project", but there we go

Consistency matters brother.

My point isn't whether you admit you were or are wrong or not, my point is that it would be wrong to think or assume you voted Brexit because you are/were a racist, "Gammon" etc

IN other news, this stuff is just irresponsible, people are going to get hurt in this country on a mass scale and all this lot care about is the grift. Shame on anyone who gives these people backing

Labour's worat ever YouGov poll apparently. Cons, Lab, Dems and surging Greens all within margin of error of each other now.

Given that the election is almost 4 years away it’s all subject to a massive margin of error. Who knows what the world will look like by then - or who the leaders of Labour and the Conservatives will be (it certainly won’t be Badenoch or Starmer).

By the way, this has been happening in the past 7 days...never see this conflict and it's thousands upon thousands upon thousands of deaths talked about...

I await mass demonstrations in London, and Jeremy Corbyn and Owen Jones leading the marches.

The campaign was about multiple issues/reasons. Which i'm sure you know.

What if someone said "Remainers wanted to keep being part of the EU so that most migrants into the UK remained European and White" would you see that as a fair statement?

The campaign was about wanting to return the UK to a mythical 1950s version of itself, or living within the reality of the 21sr Century. Unfortunately people were narrowly hoodwinked into voting for the former.

IN other news, this stuff is just irresponsible, people are going to get hurt in this country on a mass scale and all this lot care about is the grift. Shame on anyone who gives these people backing

Why is he dressed as a Pontin’s Bluecoat?

And why does he spend so much time in the US when an area of his constituency in Clacton has just been named the most deprived in the UK?

Answers on a postcard please - preferably one featuring a red phone box or a British Bulldog.
