There's a fan festival in something called Arenal Park that will be open for everyone both Tuesday and Wednesday. You can see the trophy and take in a legends match. But weird if there won't be any dedicated area for either team to congregate.

Well that was stressful.
Got in straight away at 10am, then one of the codes in our group wouldn't work and I couldn't reach the person as they were havin tech issues (hence having to send all the codes for the group to me to do the booking). Was sure I would have lost the €40 tickets but once the code issue was sorted about half an hour later, I was still able to order them.

Is anyone here acting as a group leader? Do the other members of the group need to have their uefa accounts set up for you to be able to apply for their tickets with their codes?

No they don't.
Set up your own account, log-into that, then at the prescribed time put in your access code and select your category. You add the tickets one at a time. After doing yours, you click "Add More Tickets", put in the next access code, select the category, and rinse and repeat. There's a captcha screen each time, but luckily not one that makes you select traffic lights or anything like that.
Very straightforward in fairness. As long as you have all the right codes.
