***OMT*** Tottenham Hotspur vs Chelsea

No. I can see them getting 0 at O/T and then all 3 home to Everton.

I don't think Everton at home will be easy, I can still see it going to the last day but Chelsea doing us no favours... then the West Brom score will become even more of a frustration.

Then again we've been thinking Leicester were going to start dropping points all season and it hasn't happened has it...

Yes they may well go to O/T and win 2 or 3-0, however i think Utd can really catch Arsenal and will be going all out for the 3 points.

Everton now very close to sacking Martinez, that could come into play of course.

Can anyone else see Leicester only getting 1 point from the next 2 games?

If ManU do beat Leicester and we beat Chelsea, the pressure will be back on Leicester. If they then fail to beat Everton, and we go into the last match still in with a chance, I think we will win the league title ! Despite what Chelsea players say, I think their pride will come into play against Leicester.

The Everton fans I met last week do not lien Leiceter and believe they owe them for the defeat this season at home

United have a good chance of beating them too

It's not in our hands but and t been all season so let's see

I haven't paid too much attention to Everton this season. If Martinez is on the brink of being sacked, are the players likely to put in a shift for him? Or has he lost them? Or they are just a bit meh about the whole thing?

I still feel Monday's game is likely to see us break the Stamford Bridge jinx and beat them. A win for Utd on Sunday should help galvinise our players (not that I think they will need it). If Leicester win I think we will want to prove that we can still come a good 2nd. And regardless, we will want to beat Chelsea, full stop.
I'm a bit worried still about Dier - I couldn't see him in the video posted on the OS from yesterday's training session. Hopefully just precautionary if it was a bad concussion.

I know the title is now highly unlikely - but I can't quite give up on that bit of hope and belief that we might, just might, still do it.

You know why I feel so much more confident in going to these places now? Because we used to make mistake after mistake against the big boys. Our individual errors have cut right down, and we are certainly no longer likely to collapse. I think this is the best chance we've had in some time to go to Stamford Bridge and win.

Even if they sack Martinez now, I can't see them bringing in a new manager for the last few games, so it would be a caretaker at best. The only motivation to play well would be a fudge off to Martinez.

Everton are just feckin useless in defence. If they're gonna get anything from Leicester, they'll need to score about 7 goals.

Everton have been draw specialists this season. Everton, along with West Ham, have drawn 14 matches, more than any other teams. Everton also have a good away record. Only top 3(Leicester, Spurs, ManCity) and Southampton have conceded less goals than Everton in away matches, And only Leicester(2) and Spurs(2) have lost fewer matches away than Everton(3). Crucially, Everton have drawn more matches(9) away than anyone else as well. We can really do with another Everton draw here !

I am off to visit the night at the badger sett, at least mentally.

Yes I am still suffering with the latter effects of title fever.
Coys.
