We make life difficult for ourselves. We havn;t passed the ball well enough today. We rely on individual runs and can't seem to hold possession.

We don't have any passers in midfield. And we're being pressed whenever we get it.

I disagree. I think that we have used the ball well today and have been crisp in possession

we did well until 65-70min then sotton had chances. could have do easily been another draw. A better team would have used the ball better this second half. We've sat on our lead when we could have dominated.

Some of the negative comments in this thread aren't reflective of the game at all.

A good performance all things considered. We haven't been great, but it's definitely a step in the right direction playing wise. Forget about Southampton being a small club, they currently have a good side.

We're a work in progress, not the finished article. Today was a step forward. We pressed well, moved the ball a lot quicker and were a lot more positive.
