OMT ***Tottenham Hotspur v Real Madrid***

Duh, that's correct. If we beat Real and lose to Dortmund and Dortmund beats Real, we'd have 7 points, Real would have 7 points and Dortmund would have 6 points. So Real doesn't miss out on qualification in this scenario.

Incorrect. If Dortmund beat Apoel today, they would have 4 points. Beat RM next game, they have 7, not 6.

I don't like the narrative that Madrid are in poor form and missing players. I think we can expect to get the full force of a Real Madrid that have something to prove, something they haven't had to for years!
I don't want to be negative, but I fear me might get a Real spanking.

No bench?

Given how well we matched up with them in Madrid, I'm concerned that we have fundamentally rejigged our side for the return. Harry is no longer free from playing alone up top and we have less pace in the side. I'm particularly concerned about Trippier as we nullified Marcelo with the Aurier/Sissoko combo. Who will play ahead of Trippier and can they do the same job? Hopefully we'll be more effective going forward.

Why do we have Dortmund after Madrid?

Normally the Champions league groups are a flip flop for fixtures.

So we should have Apoel next and Dortmund last.

Just curious why its different?
