I want these bottlers out - Sanchez, Dier and all the rest of them. I loathe seeing either on the team sheet. The both of them - wastes of space to the extent that if the team bus just left them at the OS and then no one ever mentioned them again, we'd probably be better off.

But it has to start with Mourinho. We're going to lose what good players we have this summer, but I would rather someone competent be in charge to put the ship right over....him.

I just can’t see us even competing in that game. I know it’s two months off but City are worlds away from us right now. We sit back, they’ll overwhelm us, we attack and they’ll murder us anyway with that defence.

Jose may be known as a one-off specialist but, right now, I can only see us being beaten and being beaten heavily. Even if every decision goes our way.

I repeat what toxic thing has he done rather than buying into the media narrative? He left Inter on good mutual terms. He is not managing your football club? Is he responsible for managing your football club? Is he the one making stupid decisions on the pitch like it is amateur hour at the Apollo? I will flog Jose after 2 seasons but based on what I can see - I don't think Levy will fire him. Even with another manager this squad has massive issues. We have no top quality in certain parts of the pitch. Players have underperformed under Pochettino and Mourinho.

To be fair main reason was Bale, and it’s a tough ask of any player to start two and a half days after they last played, but even more so of him. But if Jose doesn’t realise after this that it is pointless trying to be pragmatic/build from the back with the defenders we have then I really don’t think he will ever get it. Fair enough if we invest in a solid CB in the future, but right now he has to use what we have....

We have Alli, Son, Kane, Bale, Bergwijn, Reguilon, Ndombele, Lo Celso in our squad - why aren't we looking to dominate teams and use our attacking force to brush over the lack of talent in defense? We need a balance obviously, but setting up to defend with this team just won't work. Can Jose make the transition? No way.
