it won't happen often, and please $deity don't let it be tonight, but sometimes you use all three

we've lost 2 keepers in games in recent memory

I guess having a sub you might use in a highly unlikely situation is more logical than putting a kid on the bench who you won't use in any situation
 
What channel are we on? We are looking at all the channels it says its on and they are just showing Emirates Marketing Project Sunderland?
 
I just sat through Liverpool Leeds and it was sooooooo boooooooooring.

I fully expect our play today to be dull/clunky because we can't pick Xavi Bergvall Maddison Solanke Deki and thus have some steady eddies playing.

But don't be too hard on Frank for that. Imagine any team with arguably their 5 most exciting players removed.

If we are 4-0 up with 10 minutes to go it would be a great time to bring him on. Much more likely than 2 gks getting injured in the same game.
He's 17. He'll need to start getting minutes soon.
 
I expect there’ll be a large gap between midfield and the forwards today. Missing key players so understandable today, hopefully a workman like performance that gets the 3 points and results go our way we could be 7th by bedtime

There's very few 17 year olds getting mins in the premier league. He can get a proper amount of minutes and develop elsewhere.
