***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur FC v Everton, Sun May 24th, 4.00pm, The Lane***

I don't post much but in 60 years of being Spurs I have not felt such anxiety. Even 1977 didn't phase me much.
Being in the Dominican Republic the game starts for me at 11am and I shall watch alone at home.
I am also contemplating to have a concrete block with a rope attached to attach to my leg and jump in the deep end of my pool should the worst happen.
My only other quantum of solace is that there are no nearby goons or anyone to gloat. Any pain will be mine to endure in solitude (and on here)

Take a trip to Sosua to relax a little

How we could do with one of our attackers turning into Sonny for 90 minutes tomorrow!

His legs were going, but he would still be streets ahead of any of our front line right now

Imagine going 2 or 3 goals up. What joy and merriment would ensue in yonder hostelry across the adjacent thoroughfare.
I remember a final day game back in the 90's (92 iirc) against Everton, we were 3 up at 1/2 time, ended up drawing 3-3, so even if we go 3 up I won't be sitting comfortably!

Edit was last home game that season, rather than last game - Tottenham v Everton 1992
