Agree. today’s game is a great example of that.

it’s the speed at which Rose & Aurier can move 50 yards up or down the pitch to be an outlet to receive a pass which is important. As they’re often the widest positioned on the pitch they need to be able to switch between attacking and defending to give the midfield a passing option.

Harder than it looks and a lot of sprinting (hence why Trippier struggled with the getting back part)
