Big players need to actually turn up 2nd half because, to a man, they were all sh1t there. Dele, Kane, Son, just provided no threat at all. Step it up and we will win the game but just go and drift through another 45 minutes and we will lose.

So frustrating to watch this sort of sh1t from us, capable of so much better.
 
Poch should have bolstered midfield/backline with Sanchez. Let the CBs step out into midfield, and also help us deal with their counter. Now we are so weak in the middle. When Sissoko went off we lost our core.

Add Eriksen to that list IMO. This is the type of game he needs to be running.
 
I would have put Sanchez on instead of Lamela and played either him or Jan as CDM. Or Foyth. Sissoko for Lamela is too attacking given the high line, space behind and pace of their attack. Even Skipp would have been a better option.
Nothing to do with Lamela's ability, just tactical.
 
Playing the shirt and it’s history rather than the average players wearing it.

Big half for Poch as this has all the hallmarks of another embarrassing result.
 
Glad i’m watching this on an American stream.

Trippier is not good enough for this side. He tries to be clever to often and has fudged up atleast twice in this match.

We lose this we are out of the title race and into a top 4 battle.

Yes their tactics have, it was called from the first minutes how Rashford was making those runs knowing the space he’d have in behind and up against two CBS who can’t handle his pace. And that’s exactly what happened....

Or just go with a 3 at the back?
 
I don't have a problem with Tripper. Actually created some openings. One sloppy pass when we were adjusting to a new setup. He didn't have an option to pass to.
