***OMT EPL TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR vs Manchester United***

Everyone is on Werner already aren't they. Lol. Even the commentators.. Script written.
Already? This is the 57 consecutive PL match where he's performed like this.

We know he's not a high percentage scorer, but we're using him wrong. Far too often he's the one through on goal - he should be stretching the play and giving it to someone else to shoot.

Disappointing. We’ve been better and if we were a little more clever, we’re ahead. No one outstanding. Richi has done well I guess. But you cant be as open as us and hope to keep clean sheets.

How much space has Rashford found time and again. It’s a recurring theme with us (see the Gomes goal for Everton and I think there was a similar one v Bournemouth too).

Can still win this but could lose 4-1 too.

This is pretty much the issue.. Skipp looks totally lost most of the time lately. We all know Hojbjerg's lack of match awareness, it's not new. Fine with the ball, awful without it.

fudge so close
Skipp is playing out of position in this set up
He isn’t a 10

it's the age old thing about supporting this club.....delighted to finally have our 2 primo CBs back after an eternity.........and then we concede a couple to the opposition's misfiring forwards

Can any of the kids on the bench play no 10? Gotta be worth a try, give them a free role

they are brick, press the keeper and the cb's they will turn it over, run at the full backs they will dive in and get themselves booked, they have nothing in midfield and two low confidence forwards

we just need to play smart

Watching the rashford goal. He holds porro to be able to get that return. Pedro is in the better position, he holds him to get to the ball first. Soft. But it helped him..

Porro leaving Rashford way to much spce sometimes. Udogie hasn't lit up the room either, lazy coming back and almost scoring and own goal. Werner and Johnson had a very poor half too. When the flanks aren't working you are going to have problems. Props to Porro for his crosses though.

Don't think the press has been functioning properly since the Chelsea disaster.
