I really enjoyed it. I love the 80s version too, the little easter egg at the start of the new one was a nice touch.

It's reviewed ok, 66% on RT, 80% audience score, not a bad steer for that kinda' thing. Box Office is where it's gone badly and people are piling on.
THis is the worst year for box office in almost 3 decades. People haven't got money so will wait 3 months to see it streaming.
Did you notice the the Spurs related set?

The books tremendous
The original film is ultimate trash watching, I like it BTW, but nothing like the book.
Not sure if I will bother with the new one
