He is the sort of superb, proven, manager that we would be going all out for if we were an ambitious club. We'd perhaps pair him with their old sporting director as well if we were a REALLY ambitious club.
 
As our xg weighted position in the table is often used as an argument, it's probably worth pointing out Villa should be below us by the same metric.
