And, as I said, it's not that posts about other stadiums are interfering with posts about our stadium (chance of any posts about our stadium would be a fine thing!). If you want this thread to be more of a general stadium thread (and it would be a shame if you did), then I suggest that the name of the thread be altered accordingly.

I agree with Jimmyb.
We should keep this thread OUR New Stadium and Training Ground, as the name clearly spells out.
Views on other stadiums are fine - but wHY cant we have another thread for that. Something like "OTHER STADIUM NEWS"

Because it carries little criticial mass to justify existence and is only relevant to us at the moment because of our new stadium - hence the reference.

Like any thread that veers off-topic every now and then - as soon as something significant happens - all conversation (topic) is automatically re-alligned within minutes and discussion resumes as normal. Happy days

Only during 'dry times' are these issues surfacing - which is quite bizarre since learning about past precedents of similar projects would always be benficial

I unnderstand what you are saying. However, if you read the post from Jimmyb, it makes sense to have another thread for non Spurs Stadium posts in THIS thread.
As we have very little new info on OUR stadium, every time I see that there has been a new post, I HAVE to read it - only to find that it has NOTHING to do with OUR stadium.
BTW, I disagree, that a seprate thread for other stadium news will have "little critical mass ". Just go through the last few pages of this thread, and see what is the

the other stadium stuff is only being posted because there is no news on ours, no point starting a separate thread because there is probably little real interest in it.

I enjoy all kinds of stadium related news, but every time I check this thread now it's someone complaining. Still better than the two pages discussing Lennon's Ferrari this summer...

I recommend the stadium thread on SO for updates.

As for this, should be one for us, and another for other stadium porn. However, this has been running for years. You have to ask yourself one question... Do you give a fig?

As far as I know, the new training complex at Enfield is complete and everything has now moved over from Spurs Lodge, Chigwell.

The players now train at Enfield.

All our Academy (U-18s) and Reserves (U-21s) matches are now played at Enfield, except for selected games at White Hart Lane.

The building of the Supermarket on Phase 1 of the NDP (groundwork) has definitely commenced as can be seen below, the pictures below were taken before the Aston Villa game. =D>

Is there much demand for yoghurt in Warrington?


Edit: Before Jimmy gets upset about non-Spurs related developments in the thread, I'll add that yoghurt is probably not heavily in demand in Tottenham either.
