Spence better than Tel? Come on!!!i think spence and porro can do a better than him at the moment and even they aren't top 6 quality

tel loses the ball often through a combination of poor decision making and awareness. he is just too raw and has a bright future, but not just now - not for 90 minutes. he is too easy to defend against, is rather predictable and there is no fear marking him and turning possession over.Spence better than Tel? Come on!!!
I'd rather have three of him than include either of Richarlison or Muani.
Of our forward line (and as low bar as it may be with who is available right now), Tel is the least of our problems. If Spence should be coming in for anyone it should be Muani....tel loses the ball often through a combination of poor decision making and awareness. he is just too raw and has a bright future, but not just now - not for 90 minutes. he is too easy to defend against, is rather predictable and there is no fear marking him and turning possession over.
spence is better at ball retention and keeping his space and physically battling 1 on 1. Spence on then Tel to me would be a way to give the opposition some trouble and then a fresh tel against tired legs may help him get the edge.

To learn, one would imagine a brain is needed. not seen him use it much tbhIf only we still had a world class finisher for Tel to learn from at the training ground on a daily basis (like how Defoe said he got pointers from Ian Wright when they were together at West Ham) to accelerate his development and ensure that Mathys reaches his full potential.
again where our team planning went wrong - we had son for years and needed and understudy - not wernerIf only we still had a world class finisher for Tel to learn from at the training ground on a daily basis (like how Defoe said he got pointers from Ian Wright when they were together at West Ham) to accelerate his development and ensure that Mathys reaches his full potential.
