Yeah that shirt is against league rules. They're obviously fakes but I like the home and the black/grey shirt, although I'd rather we had an actual contrasting colour like Yellow this time.

That's a shame. Strangely, the sponsor seems less prominent when built into the style of the kit.

That actually looks cool enough that we could plaster it all over the shirt like the example on the previous page and just tell the FA that it's a design element ;)
 
Most clubs through their history have changed designs and kit structure.
The notion they have not is an idealistic fantasy.

On the Southampton note, throughout the entire 80s they had what can best be described as inverted Ajax. Red and white, yes. Stripes, no.

We are very lucky that our kit has stayed pretty consistent over the years, with only really short colours changing

And they learned from there mistake and went back to red and white stripes.
