Anyone able to tell what it actually means for the club? I'm no expert on this, but assume that they see potential long term profits from City so have bought a piece of the pie now. In my mind this doesn't mean money going into City's coffers, it's money in the owner's.
 
Levy must be thinking how much easier it would’ve been to pay off the stadium debt if we could attract these sort of sponsorship deals...

We have a huge deal but ours is done differently apparently
Level confirmed it recently. I think (I’m not an expert in it) that we get a share of sales as well as the upfront money. These deals dont get that

SSN this evening put ours @ £30m pa which conflicts with the AIA £40m pa deal over 8 seasons reported by the BBC in July 2019.

Wow, Just think about the total sponsorship fees of Nike and Adidas of all the clubs they sponsor in the world, It's hard to imagine just how much profit they must generate to make that an attractive investment
