Fixture & Ticket News 25/26

For anyone interested these are the notes from the FAB/Club meeting. This one was specifically about ticketing matters.

In a recent meeting between Tottenham Hotspur executives and supporter representatives, discussions over transparency and fairness in ticketing policy led the agenda, with key debates on senior concessions, ticket-sharing rules, and Champions League away allocations.

The virtual meeting on 1 July, attended by representatives of the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust (THST) and the THFC Fan Advisory Board (FAB) learned that season ticket renewal rates remain among the highest in the Premier League and are consistent across all age categories.

There was a 5% increase in renewals of One Hotspur Membership (OHM) and the Club proposes to increase the allocation of match tickets available to OHMs next season.

No new Senior Concession Season Tickets (SCSTs) were issued for the 2025/26 campaign, following a rise in the qualifying age to 66Supporter representatives called for an increase in transparency and for clearer information on availability of senior concession season tickets, and any caps in given locations. They also asked for further discussions, referencing the representations made by Save Our Seniors to THST and the FAB. The Club acknowledged the ongoing concerns and agreed to further dialogue.

The Club received 5000 requests for seat relocations but there was extremely limited availability and no new requests will be considered for next season, There were no requests for relocations in order to secure concessions.

The new restriction to the Ticket Share system — limiting transfers to One Hotspur Members only remains controversial and prompted further scrutiny. While intended to combat ticket touting, fans argued it stifled flexibility and increased costs. The change remains under review and will be discussed at a follow-up meeting after the first two home fixtures of the season. Suggestions to better promote the official Ticket Exchange, including leveraging platforms like TikTok, were welcomed for further review.

The meeting also covered European away fixtures, where ticket misuse remains a concern. The Club agreed to consider more frequent in-person ticket collections and pledged more spot checks at matches to maintain fairness.

Supporter groups welcomed the Club’s efforts to combat touting during the Liverpool away fixture earlier this year Plans for implementing rolling QR codes — seen as a future safeguard against misuse — are now linked to the Club’s broader Salesforce technology integration, pushing rollout to the 2026/27 season at the earliest.

Supporter groups requested early consultation on Champions League pricing, but time constraints with the draw remain a challenge. THST has now submitted its “asks” for Champions League ticket pricing this season.

The fan groups sought clear messaging around the UEFA Super Cup Final, where Italian regulations will require strict ID verification, including production of actual passports (not copies).

No on-pitch live stadium screening of the Super Cup Final will take place because of the home Premier League game three days later , but a One Hotspur Moments live screening event is planned for up to 500 Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members.

With both sides committed to ongoing engagement, the meeting reaffirmed a mutual aim: fairness, clarity, and improved access for all Spurs supporters. Further discussions will take place in September.

There is nothing to stop fans of clubs buying memberships of rival clubs as there is no way of checking someone's affiliation, I've no doubt some fans are prepared to part with any amount of money if they thought they could get into a game.

For anyone who will be buying Super Cup tickets next week, I messaged UEFA about a stadium map showing where the different category seats for Spurs fans are situated and got this reply :
