FIFA: Destroying Football Since 1904

Could it be that FIFA, or many of it's main execs (including Infantino) are actually broke?

Could this be an attempt at a quick 'bailout' for themselves or the organisation before a discovery of big debts to many existing corporates that deals have been struck with years ago?

I read this morning that FIFA is sitting on reserves of $4 billion and that recently Infantino was boasting about how it 'earned' $15 billion in the last 4 years. One of the key questions is why Infantino thinks there is a need for private capital to support investment in a business that is already loaded and highly profitable.
