Of all the truly appalling and openly biased pundits currently plying their trade in the British sporting media, Agbonlahor is the worst of the lot. He is so ill-informed and can’t even pronounce half of the players names correctly. He is the living and walking proof that playing the game to a high level means does NOT mean that you know anything about the game, the way it works, the way it is managed, the way it is supported or anything else for that matter. That he gets paid to dribble into a microphone is testament to the desperate lack of eloquent, knowledgable football people available to work in that medium.
