That's a shame for Salzburg, getting knocked out by a team who shouldn't have been in the competition. There were a few rumours that they were going to get the nod to play Arsenal, but then the hearing was set after the Arsenal - Fenerbahce game had taken place. Maybe they did that to eliminate possible Salzburg claims to be re-instated. Either way its a bit of a shame for Salzburg.

UEFA will hold a draw of all the losing teams from the EL play-off to select a team to take Fenerbahce's place. The draw will take place at 8.00am tomorrow.
Besiktas won their play-off tie against Tromso 3-2 on aggregate, but their continued involvement is still subject to a decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport which is expected tomorrow. If CAS uphold the earlier decision to ban Besiktas then I think it's likely Tromso would replace them in the group stage.

The play-off second leg between AZ Alkmaar and Atromitos FC will resume at 11.00CET on Friday having been abandoned after 59 minutes due to a fire at the AZ Stadion
There will be a draw for the last spot from the losers in the playoff round.
Besiktas may be thrown out.
