That's how managers, especially in the PL, are judged these days. A 4-game losing streak and you're on the hot seat. Young players are developed out on loan nowadays.

Getting a bit tired of this trope... he is immensely demanding and requires full support. The reason he left Brighton was because he was not willing to continue in a team whose raison d'etre was selling players.

This is his first truly big club and I am pretty sure he will stay much longer if he is successful and feels backed by the club - as is clearly the case.
