27 is realistically his physical peak, whether playing with better players elevated his level further is worth debating but I'd argue he is in his peak right now.

Feel like Arsenal will buy him to try to compete with Liverpool and probably end up in hot financial water (unless they have a Chelsea card to play - they probably do as those two are always swapping semen).

I think that should be true but think they might get reckless to keep up with Liverpool. If we don't get Eze we should go for Grealish imo. If Frank wants a 10 like it seems like.
