*** CL MD4 OMT Tottenham Hotspur v FC Copenhagen ***

This is more like what we have been looking for. These players can pass a ball forward for goodness sake, the idea that we don't have players who can do this is utterly ridiculous.

Yes the opposition aren't amazing, yes we could have better players but it's about creating the movement and the intent. It won't always come off as our players aren't amazing but they are more than capable of passing the ball forwards. Not having Kudus out there could actually be helping as not just lazily giving it to him and waiting for him to create something....

Overall, much better just not fully clicking at the final hurdle.

Simons should have two assists. Muani should have two goals.

Bentancur has been great.

We look much better having Udogie out there, not because Spence has done anything wrong, but because you can see how much better we play with a left footed left back.

Bit of a lull after the goal for a few mins, which was a shame.

Games like this I’d actually rather not see Romero walking out of defence with the ball, standing still and pointing, let’s get it out, let’s play quicker as we saw from the last couple of moves that when we play one touch and move it quicker we create chances.

Better overall.

Romero is the difference imo
He pushes us up and plays the forward pass
