ffs the one time I need (not going to say 'want') Liverpool to win a Cup final, they dont turn up

Can be having the Geordies win a trophy before us, we'll never hear the end of it

TBF how they didnt get any stick over us not winning a trophy is a bit weird. Wont make any difference.
 
If it wasnt for the fact Saudi Sportswashing Machine are going to break their drought, I would be loving this now

I never realised until today, they have said Salah has only ever scored one goal in a Cup final (v Us..and that was a bloody penalty), but he doesnt get the stick Kane does

Hate the scousers with a passion so am loving it, couldn't careless about the toon
 
How our team played under Poch and what I would take for that now. 2019 seems a distant memory and people forget what we achieved to get there. Wasnt meant to be, isnt meant to be, will never mean to be. :-(

After almost being out in the group stages, the City game last minute reprieve, Mouras last minute winner in the semi, I honestly thought we were destined to win it.
I could have lived with losing to Barcelona, but losing to the Scousers and the way it happened was gut-wrenching

Nobody will convince me otherwise, but no way in the World does that penalty get awarded the other way around, or to any other team bar us

I console myself by remembering just how bad we were that season overall, We didn't win an away game for months. We had a great run in the CL but were still massive underdogs (like we are in most finals in recent times)... but yeah.. that f**king penalty.. man.. gonna haunt us for a long time
 
Fair play to Saudi Sportswashing Machine if they go on and win this, which looks almost certain. Makes me think we can eventually end our trophy drought if they can.
