Canning Town Bingo Club

if ever a result papered over the cracks, that was it, scraping a win against the favourites for relegation, collins is easily the worst centre back in the league.

No there are worse, that Klavan of pool looks like a contender?

I have never understood the hype about him, every time i have seen him he has looked slow and awkward and the turning circle of a tank. Amazes me that he got so much praise from some pundits.
My theory is that he had a purple patch with Swansea a few seasons back, where he seemed to be getting in front of everything. That has lodged in some folks memories even though his form has been brick since.

How funny would it be it they got relegated this season? Can't see it happening sadly but it would be fitting considering they are football's quintessential yo-yo club.

Yo-yo? No-no.

I think its fairly obvious Bilic is a dead man walking.

All the time he is there they will be painfully average/just below. Its not his fault, its the porn dwarves and that detestable hag, but he himself is just average anyway.

They clearly think better of themselves, and will certainly sack him soon.

The question is, how bad will it get for them then? Because you can rest assured they will fudge it up.

Either they get in a rubbish manager (most likely) or they get in a half decent manager and proceed to nobble him with transfer fudgewittery.

They won't sack him as that costs money. As long as there's no immediate danger of relegation they'll let him see out his contract which is in its final year. Next summer they'll hire another name (someone like Benitez or Koeman) and make more promises they have no intention of keeping.

Expect to hear more stories in January of nearly signing a player and the Manager didn't want player X or Y.

Bilic is not very good either, but not sure if he bought the players or the porn twins.

I find it hard to believe they will stick with him all year. Especially once a few heads roll, they wont want to miss out on the attention.

I do certainly agree whoever follows will be sold on empty promises though.

Cup final week...

The main reason I want WH to go down. Massive disadvantage to us that they somehow play like Real Madrid against us twice every season, regardless of how brick they are in other games. If only they had approached other London derbies the same way.
