This one would be a blatant penalty even with the old system. How the hell can you slap a ball away inside the box and not concede a penalty? The «grappling motion» reasoning is just absurd. Sissoko should have just made a grappling motion, then, ffs. Complete and utter lunacy.

It maybe the case but it's hardly clear and obvious, I'm not a fan of VAR or "incompetent" referees but I don't think most of us would have seen this.
