For me, you want two things from your backup keeper: a personality that fits the role and a skillset slightly different from your number one. If your understudy has the right mentality, he will pass a few things to your starter that will help him with his own game. Worst scenario for me is competition between keepers.

Out of the 3 names, I see Dubravka as the non-starter in a number 2 role. There is a reason Burnley released him and it's inevitably as he's at the end of a very decent career. Perhaps as 3rd choice, non-playing keeper he'd bring something to the squad but he's not homegrown so would take a valuable squad place.
The other 2 are a little bit younger but it's Darlow that has been the recent first team player. He has been superb at Leeds and displaced Meslier who seems to be leaving. I think Leeds would be crazy not to offer Darlow a new contract. Steele is only a cup keeper nowadays but has worked with RDZ before. I could see him moving to Spurs, but not sure whether it would be as 2nd or 3rd choice keeper.
I'm all for giving Kinsky a go actually. Let Vic go and let the funds build again. Then if Kinskjy fails fast then we buy a top drawer keeper in a future window.
