For sure. Every week there is a delay in releasing them, I suppose the less the real-world impact will be, as he further erodes the democratic system.

Not quite. Yet at least would be my opinion.

Not sure elections have been "fair" in quite a while given gerymandering and voting suppression. The absolute insanity that is the modern media ecosystem doesn't help either. The need for an educated and informed population to withstand a democracy and all that. Definitely getting less fair. But don't think it's quite done, yet at least.
