Said on here months ago that there was a reason the man who was obsessed by his poll ratings never mentions them anymore; it’s because they’re no longer going to matter.

The American public are about to see what an authoritarian state really looks like - and I don’t have a lot of faith that they’ll do much about it.

It does make me wonder what our level of concern/outrage/disbelief would be if we had a Trump type leader heading our country?. And what 'action' we would take.
If things look impenetrable from a discourse/dialogue/political pov, uprising is pretty much what you are left with.

I'm truly not sure how much people are up for that these days. Or perhaps I don't trust people to come together to fight, as they are too consumed by their differences. (Which, of course, is how the elites like it)
