I appreciate the artistry, it’s just not very good from a competition point of view. I don’t like sport when one player or team runs away with it constantly, the only match that’s been competitive for him was the one against Rob Cross.

Thought he was pretty poor from the fourth set on tbh. Looked like he’d more or less accepted the defeat not long after that. A fair few poor visits in those last few sets. A disappointing final all in all.

I felt from set 3 his shoulders went and he was like "incentives win this"
The Quaters promised more onwards when in reality its been a cake walk
Fair play to Littler
His average was 100 for the final. That's a good performance, it just looks poor compared to Littler. He missed a few doubles at crucial times that could've made the score more respectable, but Littler is just so consistent and never lets up.

No matter really. The best man by far won.
116 is an insane standard with consistent 12-13 dart legs. It never goes beyond a couple of sets at that level.
His average dropped to basically to 100 (99.9). Still a real good standard. Littlers average was somewhere around 106 and I reckon he still had a gear to go if he needed it.
