With Vinai he's been on the job less than a year can we really apportion any blame to him? It took years of neglect and incompetence to get to this point, even if Vinai is jesus incorporated it would take some time for any changes he makes to start to take affect.

Lange is a bit of a different story as he has been here a while but again I always question why we want to sack the person who identifies players rather than the people who failed to complete deals or even ignored recommendations. If Lange was truly that man then sure he should go, but with Levy always being in the background I think you have question how directly responsible Lange actually was.
Or, he could be someone who hasn’t actually done anything in the game other than right place right time for his previous job

Poch would be back even if we go down....he's an old romantic....he'd be loving the whole phoenix from the flames storyline.

Plus he'd probably think bringing us back up is an easy gig for stage 1

If we hadn’t spent a fortune on RDZ’s bizarre whims, it would almost be time to bump this. But it will probably take them until February again.

Lets be correct about this. They made promised to RDZ or he would not have come. Those promises would have to been to spend money and get players he wants in.

Also we know he would not have come otherwise. And that would likely mean we were in the championship. So think about that first.

Its 4 games into a season with a lot of new players. We are worried of course. But you need to give him some time to get it working. Forest we had some sense of team work. Today against Everton we dominated large chunks of the game. But we are missing that killer instinct up front. That also comes with confidence.

But I will say one thing. Selling Lankshear was an utter mistake. Djed wanted to play regularly. I dont blame him. Same with Vuskovic. But we space for Lankshear. Instead we kept Tel.

Lankshear should have stayed over Solanke and Richy too. He was our outstanding goalscorer

We are no where near this surely?! Come on folks we've got to get behind RDZ. A bit of luck to get the goal scoring monkey off our back will be helpful.

That said hope RDZ is working their a*ses off on the training ground.
