Against someone that presses really high and aggressive it probably wouldn't make much of a difference as he'd still be very much under pressure if he receives it, but in most other phases I think that could be a good tweak, getting more players in situations where they can succeed.

Yes, and I liked our spaghetti guy. Palhinha is elite as a destroyer, we only got him because he went to Bayern and they changed manager, and pure destroyers aren't that utilized anymore in the biggest clubs.

Experienced, seems to keep fit, happy to be part of the club while not playing every game, plays with everything he's got.

Will be a travesty if we don't sign him, actually a bit annoyed we didn't pull trigger early to reward him and remove any doubts.

Could not agree more, he is excately the type of player we have missed for years.

You can thank the pundits for that, every goal has to be picked to pieces and the armchair experts lap it up and spread the gospel.

Maybe... but something tells me that if it was Paulinha on Cherki, that shot would never have happened.....
