***Tottenham Hotspur vs Chelsea***, Premier League, Nov 1st 2025 at White Hart Lane

No because we are talking about style of football, not points - our points are fine.

From the get go you could see Ireolas style, Glasners style, just about every manager implements their playing style from the get go - we literally have no style of play with the football.

I agree about giving him time, but fudge me he's making us a tough watch and those at the ground will not give him that much time with this brand of football....
If this was Glasner at Palace our fans would have wanted him out before he got the style nailed down, it an he was diabolical at the start.

It's so disingenuous to compare against someone that's had the time to implement and become what he has become.

It's also harsh that other refer to Franks work at Brentford in the PL as somehow being beneath us.

It just smacks of reactionary snobbery

Xavi is less effective than Werner at this point. Just horrible.

Swap him out for someone else. Anyone. OK not him, and definitely not him.

The other one, the big lad. Lankshear.

I'm not able to watch but if what you say is accurate the goal tracks back to our poor squad building. No competition LB (despite so many thinking Spence is good there, he's a problem systematically), no good LWF (so Frank pulls for Xavi). Again oor squad building puts us in these situations.

Spence is really good at dropping the shoulder, coming inside and getting into the central space. He can ride a challenge and show some decent acceleration over 5 yards. He often finds a bit of open space and forces opposition players to leave their markers and come to shut him down.

Problem is, opposition managers know that and will gradually negate that tactic and leave him on the outside. We'd be better of having less finesse and just having another Udogie in the squad.

We aint even pressing properly.
Honestly other than waiting for new players and returning injuries back.
This wont change
Why are bad at home
