Eriksen and Alli not at their best, but I think Poch needs to address the midfield. Dier hasn't looked comfortable at CB and we've suffered for not having a settled midfield pair. Son looked good playing wide.

Pathetic spurs. Pathetic club

Eriksen and Dele were an absolute disgrace today.

Davies was back to his usual brick self.

What a crap team we are at times.

Another weekend ruined because of this useless bottle Job club

Pochettino should trust his second squad of forwards. Once again Alli and Eriksen couldnt get going.

That said we are missing Wanyama and Dembele. Those two are unique midfielders. Winks is not in that class yet.

Please tell me you’re joking.

awful result

as bad as last week

we are a long way off the previous two years

squad isn’t strong enough to drop underperforming players and a few of them are taking the tinkle

Pathetic result today. Eriksen and Alli were appalling - particularly the former. I can’t think of a worse performance from him for Spurs. His first touch looked pure Sunday league and he has stopped trying to do things simply. WBA were gifted their goal (Alli pratting about in midfield) and defended very well thereafter. We created precious little actual chances. On the contrary, WBA had about 20% possession and created as many, if not more, chances than us (and yes, I do understand that two of them came late on the break with us pushing up). The time wasting was incredibly irritating. I get that Dier was probably annoying the ref by banging on about it but really, booking Dhim for complaining about blatant, rampant time wasting instead of addressing the actual issue? And, given that WBA took over 30 seconds to take a throw right at the beginning of injury time, why was the whistle blown bang on 95? It’s a ‘minimum’ time to be added, after all.

In short: Arsenal beat Spurs. England batting collapse. Spurs fail to beat one of the league’s whipping boys. Is sport back to normal? I sincerely hope not.

I was fearful we weren't gonna get the win today, so many playbacks on my twitter feeds of past wins, we never learn. Fair play to WBA, they defended very well and even created chances that if Rondon had put one away, we would have lost-at least we didn't lose, but another draw, and another team we failed to break down. I just feel we don't have a natural speedster to stretch the play for us like Azza and Bale in the past against these sort of stubborn set up teams.

Eriksen was utterly, irredeemably awful. Despite the assist, Alli has been almost as bad. Davies was atrocious.

And this is awful. And a failure. Once again, I *have* to wonder if we're putting our efforts into the Champions League and ignoring the Premier League off the back of this, because we look like a different side in the Premier League - we've looked threatening in spurts, but mainly just uninspired, uninterested and turgid.

Sigh. I guess the second half was better. The first half was atrocious. The second half was better, but we huffed and puffed and couldn't do jack s*it despite that. Son was good. Kane tried hard, got his goal. Dier was...okay, I guess. Sanchez was bullied by Rondon and had a bad game. Verts was okay, but he's no Toby - he can't organize that defense like Toby can. Lloris had nothing to do, and accordingly did nothing.

Burnley at home. Swansea at home. West Brom at home. Six points dropped. Avoidable, entirely avoidable - and the bigger pitch was supposed to help with this. Hasn't helped at all - might even have hurt us.

Sigh.

I know Delli and Eriksen are great players but when they are having an off day they should be hooked like everyone else. I thought Eriksen, Alli and Davies were our 3 worst players but they all remained on the pitch for the full match. Poch can't play favourites.
