***OMT TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR v Emirates Marketing Project***

Still going on about the non-pen decision, disgraceful coverage all round, have yet to mention Rose's tackle yet...

We had a very tough fixture today, yet we've gained a point on Liverpool and Utd and not lost ground on City. That's despite not playing well. All good for me

Indeed.

I was never of the opinion we would win here. Yes City got battered last week, but for me that made tonight tougher. There was always going to be a reaction and we were going to feel the brunt of it.
If you offered me 2-2 at 5pm I would have put in my pocket and walked off.

Looking at the fixtures at noon, tbh you would have expected us to be 2pts down on Liverpool and have United breathing down our necks. Dont expect anything but Chelsea and Arsenal wins tomorrow, but even if they do, its still been a decent weekend.
We have chalked off another tough away day and might not end up losing too much ground on our rivals

You have to credit City too though, they played with a plan to press and force mistakes, it worked. But for Hugo playing like a qunt today, we' have won. He's won us enough games in the past though, so eh, phuck it. An undeserved point, might yet be crucial.

absolutely, they were much improved, but we gave them too much space and didn't press with our usual vigour, we lacked a bit of fight in contested balls as well, when they blast a clearance and 5ft Aguero comes away with it, rather than Dier or Wanyama for example, someone isn't concentrating

Good result, considering we ended up with Big Vic in the back 4. Both our goals were decent quality, didn't need a goalkeeping rick or a handball. We weren't great, but still didn't lose.

The BT teeth gnashing just makes it better.

It's frustrating. But if we look at it as a bad day at the office, yet still come away from Emirates Marketing Project with a point, then not so bad.

Chelsea will probably win tomorrow, but they have some tricky games after that. I still say, if we are within 4 or 5 points after the game at Anfield, we'll win the league.

Poch has to come up with a game plan for when we are pressed high ourselves. It is the one thing we don't cope with well. In fact we absolutely brick our pants under the press. City knocked balls over the top all game and either they managed to get on to them or our defenders played it back to Lloris who used it poorly.

It's a contact sport though isn't it? Is every piece of contact a foul?

Obviously we were terrible, and I don't know what was going on in Hugo's head today, so obviously we have to be happy.

No but it's certainly a foul (and a red in Walker's instance) if you're not attempting to play the ball.

But I don't care. It's pay back for Balotelli's stamp on Parker's head.

And City certainly know all about level playing fields.

Guardiola: Tottenham is a top top top top top team....[OK someone got there first]

Pep sounds like he wants to come and manage us.
