OMT Tottenham vs Liverpool

I'm just thinking back to the 153 shots we had blocked, when playing West Brom and Bournemouth. Not one of them dribbled into the path of our striker for a tap in, yet tonight their strike just ran perfectly for Sturridge to run onto. It was a good run from him, but frustrating.

For what it's worth, I don't dislike Carroll, just think he's having a bad game. We need someone to make an impact in that number 10 position tonight.

I think that he has been good on the ball tonight, he just hasn't had enough of it

Has he really? Haven't seen him do much at all! To me he looks like another Bostock or Parrett - young player with massive reputation and expectation but contributes nothing. This is his 25th appearance, albeit a bunch of them have been sub appearances. Personally I would loan him out so that he can get regular football against grown men - he has Son, Lamela, Alli, Eriksen, Sissoko, GKN ahead of him so he's not going to get much game time with us

Carroll is similarly another player who we're carrying, particularly when he's played out of position as a no 10. Would expect him to leave permanenty in Jan or June

And just know great ball fizzed across our box, could bounce anywhere, except to one of our players

WTF are they doing? Absolutely zip zero movement at the corner! No one attacking the ball! It's shocking! How are you supposed to score without even attempting to attack the ball?

We have many neat players who are tidy passers, but every single one of them seem to have been coached out of actually attacking the goal! You don't win games by passing it around!

I sense that the ref and the Liverpool extra defender/linesman are trying to out-do each other in bizarre decisions. Nothing really bizarre like giving it our way, mind.
