Favourite Irish Spurs player.

Once met Keith Gillespie's brother-in-law in a park near King's Cross. It was after midnight, the gates were locked, we were very drunk and singing Tottenham songs. He was a Spurs fan.

one of my favourite's full stop

we were lucky to have him really, he was far too good for us when he arrived, a big part of our revival

Yep, I couldn't believe our luck when we signed him. Just what we needed at the time. Had a business and liveliness about him, sniffing out chances, often scoring quite spectacular goals. I remember one against Blackburn being particularly good.

Excellent player, easily one of the best players I've seen in a Spurs shirt. His partnership with Berbatov was epic.

Thread of the year 2016 sewn up already!
