haha...what's the rule about restarting the game after a goal? can the team with the ball (concedeing team) just start even though the other side isn't ready?

back to the video, i didn't notice a forward pass from kick off; seems like the scorer took it all the way by himself...
 
I was wondering if anybody can point me in the direction of where I might be able to acquire a funny/joke gift for a gooner. They seem hard to come by. I was considering something like a Jack Wheelchair but ebay seems to be short on these. Ideally something funny that takes the tinkle out of them.
