I tried to embed the tweets but failed miserably.
Either way very interesting and could go in the TS thread also. Will stick them in.

AVB could say alot about the club generally but these are very precise comments about the character of TS that many seem to feel. My dislike of TS based on his conduct while he was with us makes me feel it is true and confirms that he is the nasty snake many think he is.I saw those when he Tweeted them. I thought that the comment about RDM was odd considering that he was appointed assistant by Chelsea not AVB.
I am not saying that what he is saying is untrue, I can well believe it, but this just seems to be more of him trying to repair his reputation and distance himself from things that went wrong.
I think that they are probably true too. My point was more that AVB has dome a series of interviews now where he appears to be trying to repair his reputation by largely blaming others. That said, I see that Andrew Gaffney has just Tweeted that in the same interview AVB admits making mistakes in his handling of the British press.AVB could say alot about the club generally but these are very precise comments about the character of TS that many seem to feel. AVB is making up for lost time since his nondislcosure agreement expired recently. No real surprise but I don't think he is doing any favours for his chances of re-employment in the Premier League.

I actually liked how AVB called out dingdonghead journos like Neil Ashton for writing the sh!te he wrote when he twisted his words after the Emirates Marketing Project 6-0 defeat. It's one thing to criticise the game and tactics, but to also make out AVB was doing a 'not-me-guv' and blaming everyone but himself showed u their hatred of the man.
In fact, I'd love to know how the likes of TS and 'Arry would have dealt with such blatant BS being written about them...good on AVB for doing that at the very least imo =D>
AVB should fit in well at Liverpool (should he ever deign to grace England with his presence again) the way he is apportioning blame, very Brenton like...

we never got beat 6-0 at home under redknapp and under sherwood we never played football that made me want to cut my eyeballs out.
Don't think this is particularly surprising to all but the most swivel-eyed of posters (and Dimmeh's mum).Andrew Gaffney @GaffneyVLC ·
AVB (on Sherwood cont): “He continued after I left and his leadership resulted in a extreme split between the players and the coach."

Hoddle called it a long, long time ago - I'm surprised it took so long for people to accept considering His love of the club.
I think that he trying to repair his reputation before moving to an Italian or Spanish club at the end of the season.Frankly, AVB should avoid talking to the media, especially on his time in England. He is not going to change anything by revealing any details. The English media will always treat him badly. But he seems to have lot of free time now as the Russian league is on break until March.

The gutter press in the UK won't change their minds on him but they're called the gutter press for a very good reason. Nobody with even half a brain takes what they say seriously and even fewer believe them.
I suspect these comments are playing out pretty well across Europe and, as has been suggested above, they're probably paving the way to a bigger job.
So you are saying they were right to try and twist his words and try and make out that "he was blaming everyone else but himself" for that 6-0 thrashing?
For the record we didn't lose 6-0 at home (I assume you're drunk)
