Pitch Invasion Debacle.

It was not me that hit him ( he was several rows in front of me) the guy did tell him to stfu and he gave him a tirade of abuse, so he decked him. As I say we are not going to agree over this.

Yes, I know it wasn't you!

And now that you've actually told the full story, it's perfectly clear that this fella wasn't attacked because he cheered the pitch invader at all but rather because he mouthed off to the wrong person. Which is altogether different. So we don't need to disagree at all. ;)

I still don't think it's worth resorting to violence over a few verbals, mind - even if for no other reason than that the person responsible might well find himself banned from football if seen by stewards or CCTV.

Well what started it was because the macaron was cheering the other macarons ( who run on the pitch) so it depends which way you look at it. ;) Its a thorny problem to me pitch invaders( as I said earlier I remember the fences and being herded into cages ( Oldham for one) there were bars behind, in front and above us and we had to get the stewards to unlock the gate to let us out for a ****. Needless to say the stewards dissaperaed when the game started and we could not get out at all.

Part of the reason they had fences in the first place was because of macarons getting onto the pitch, and we all know what happened before they removed them. :(

I'm not surprised this is ending in action from UEFA. Did you see how excited the jumped up, full of self-importance Eurocrat on the touchline was? He clearly couldn't wait to get started on a lengthy report.

Was probably ****ing about it all the way home on his bicycle made of muesli.

A bit embarrassing all those dingdongheads cheering the invaders on in the clip.

Only the first pitch invader. Because it was actually quite funny and because we didn't know at the time that it was part of a coordinated plan by a group of publicity seeking ****ers. The second and third guys were mostly booed because it had quickly become boring.

Nothing wrong with an albanian flag usually. There's plently of Irish flags around for instance.
But they is just to bait the Serbians at the other end.

Looks like they are trying to set the flag on fire with a lighter

Surprised by people thinking it was funny!!! This is the world of X Factor, I'm a Celebrity, Jeremy Kyle, most of the population are macarons, happy with glass beads and mirrors.

UEFA has opened disciplinary proceedings against Tottenham following the pitch invasions during last night's Europa League match against Partizan Belgrade at White Hart Lane, the governing body has announced.
The White Hart Lane clash, which Spurs won 1-0, was temporarily suspended late in the first half following three separate pitch invasions.
The match was halted in the 41st minute after a third individual managed to slip on to the White Hart Lane pitch in what appeared to be an orchestrated PR stunt.
UEFA said in a statement its control, ethics and disciplinary body would hear the charge on December 11.

So we will find out our fate on the same day we play Besiktas?

Fingers crossed when the draw is done on the 15th we will know if we can attend the home match or not

There's no way that they will make us play behind closed doors for a first offence - especially since it wasn't actually our supporters who were responsible. It could have happened to any club. Those people merely chose us.

We'll get a slap on the wrist, a small fine and a warning that further incidents might lead to having to play a game behind closed doors - the latter sanction being somewhat worrying for the future of the game because what is there to stop yet more Arsenal / Chelsea / other fans from deliberately sabotaging us or Spurs fans then repaying the compliment? We'd have to consider the return of fences.

Three men have been charged over a pitch invasion stunt which caused a Tottenham match to be temporarily suspended.

Nathaniel Thompson, 23, Helder Gomes, 22, and Daniel Jarvis, 26, were arrested after the bizarre scenes during the London club's Europa League match against Partizan Belgrade on Thursday.

The match was halted shortly before half-time after men encroached onto the pitch on three separate occasions.

Hope they get some jail time. Looks like some of them have been arrested before while doing their 'pranks' so would be nice if they were made an example of..

Also, the people who organised this should be arrested. I'm sure they committed some sort of crime? The bell-end with the video camera hasn't been arrested has he?

Also, these p***ks will be banned for at least 3 years from football grounds and if they break that ban would face harsher penalties?

If we ever win the Premier League or any other trophy at either WHL or the new WHL then I don't give a toss what any of you think, I'm running on that pitch.
